Booking Terms and Conditions

Contractual Agreement
Your contract is with Trip View Travel. A binding agreement is established once your booking request is confirmed for a tour, hotel, or any other travel-related service, and the required deposit has been received. All correspondence regarding your tour or travel service bookings should be addressed to Trip View Travel.

Payment Terms
To secure your booking on a confirmed basis, an advance payment of 40% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of your tour. Trip View Travel reserves the right to determine the amount of advance payment, depending on the nature of services booked and the time remaining before service commencement.

Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash at our office, or through a demand draft/cheque. All payments must be free of withholding taxes or deductions. Any applicable bank charges for remittance (either from the remitting or intermediary bank) will be borne by the payer.

Itinerary Modifications
Once the tour has commenced, the itinerary will be followed as finalized. However, in cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify all or part of the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of our passengers.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Early Departure Policy
In the event of tour or service cancellation, written notice is required. The cancellation charges will apply from the date the notice is received as follows:

• 16 days or more prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost
• 15 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival or no-show: 100% of the tour/service cost

Please note that regardless of the above time frames, a minimum of 10% of the total cost will be retained as service charges once the booking has been made.

For cancellations made after the trip has commenced, any refund will depend on the recoverable amount from hotels and service providers. No refunds will be provided for unused hotel accommodations, transportation, missed meals, or any other unused services.

Refund Policy
Refunds for unused or unutilized services that have been paid for in advance will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy. Refunds will be issued to the individual who made the original payment. Due to banking procedures, refunds may take 2 to 4 weeks to process. Any bank charges incurred for refunds to a credit card or bank account will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Liabilities and Limitations
After the tour cost has been finalized, any increase in government-imposed fees such as monument/museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges will be charged as additional costs.

Trip View Travel acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and contractors, and all services are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. We shall not be liable for any delays, alterations, or expenses resulting from natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, equipment breakdowns, weather, illness, political closures, or any other events beyond our control.

We will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property due to unforeseen incidents such as accidents, theft, epidemics, or natural disasters. Travelers are advised to seek appropriate travel insurance coverage from their home country, as we do not provide any insurance for accidents, illness, or theft.

Passports and Visas
Travelers to India, except for citizens of Nepal and Bhutan, are required to have a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining, as well as a valid visa. The cost of passport and visa processing is not included in the tour package.

Health and Safety
Individuals with contagious diseases are prohibited from traveling with us. If a traveler is found to have such a condition during the tour, they will be asked to leave and make their own arrangements to return home.
